Join the team at Boothby Wildland as an Assistant Ranger and help shape the future of Nature restoration in Lincolnshire.

This is a hands-on, purpose-driven role supporting rewilding efforts across 617 hectares of ex-arable land. From habitat management and ecological monitoring to leading volunteer groups and hosting guided walks, you'll be at the heart of reconnecting people with Nature.

We're looking for someone practical, passionate about Nature, and confident working outdoors in all weathers. If you enjoy problem-solving, engaging with communities, and making a real impact, this could be the opportunity for you.
