Through our own landscape-scale restoration sites, we offer the volume and diverse mix of BNG units that NSIPs require. We already have 2,700  medium, high and very high distinctiveness units registered with more to follow, meaning you won't need to shop around to fulfil your habitat needs. We combine ecological ambition with long‑term security, and flexible contracting to support planning horizons.

We’ll advise on the most appropriate habitat units to meet your requirements cost-effectively, and provide flexible commercial terms to suit your needs.

Unit Selection & Cost Management

We’ll work directly with Natural England to allocate units to the development on the Biodiversity Gain Site Register - and we’ll provide robust data monitoring reports over the 30 year term.
